Surface 101: Lamp Finishing

Finishing plays a very important role in any kind of product and we care to share with you what you need to know. In this course, you will learn the different types of finishing so you can know which one suits your product best. Gain new skills in finishing for both wooden and metal materials and most importantly, learn to appreciate the beauty of good finishing.

The workshop will be conducted in Bahasa Indonesia. English speakers may receive assistence in English.

• Knowledge on finishing techniques for wood, metal, and concrete based materials
• Knowledge on the difference wood, metal, and concrete materials, characteristic of each material
• #SelfMade lamp made out of a wooden block, metal pipe, and concrete dome that you will be applying a good gorgeous finish throughout workshop

• Although very few of our workshops are canceled, Indoestri Makerspace reserves the right to cancel a workshop if it has not enrolled enough participants. In the event that a workshop is cancelled, you will be notified via email and entitled to a full refund.
• Participants must agree to give Indoestri Makerspace unrestricted publishing rights for any pictures or footages that are taken during the workshop session.
• Individuals participating in Indoestri Makerspace workshops must take on full responsibility for any risks, injury or damages, which he/she might incur as a result in participating the in the workshop.
