Have you ever seen shoe size 16 a.k.a baby shoes? If not, you’re missing out on life by not having seen the cutest thing ever! This non-regular Indoestri class is available to those interested in making a pair of baby shoes for their own kid(s), or for a gift for friends or family, or for those who wants to create their own business.
This fun and exciting class will introduce the techniques to make a pair of adorable baby sandals from start to finish. The shoe template will be provided and you will have the freedom to choose the materials and size of your choice. In this class, students will learn how to cut and assemble the pieces and take home a pair of baby sandals of their own.
About Shoe Artistry
Shoe Artistry owner, Jeff Wan compares his brand to a kung fu studio, describing how it brings together business, education and training to form a community of enthusiasts.
In 2012, Jeff Wan took over Ming Kee Shoes in Yau Tsim Mong District, a 40 years old handmade leather shoe business based in Hong Kong. Jeff renamed the business Shoe Artistry and runs it with his jewelry designer wife, Kit Lee. Jeff believed in the importance of education and importance of sustainability and local sourcing, and he is more interested in comfort and fit rather than being fancy.
