Product Description
In this class by Jeff Wan and Kit Lee, you will be taught on how to design shoes from both a creative and technical point of view. This is probably the very first baby step you will have to master and conquer in order to make good and comfortable shoes. You will be professionally guided in transforming 2D shoe designs into realistic 3D shoe designs to be applied to the shoe last, and then turning them back into 2D shoe patterns.
This course focuses heavily on designing shoes on our given foot template, lasting the shoe last (confusing, but you will understand what this means later on), cutting out and flattening the shells. A lot of knowledge to take in during one day, but useful beyond measure!
P.s. NO shoes will be made in this workshop.

Jeff believed in the importance of education and importance of sustainability and local sourcing, and he is more interested in comfort and fit rather than being fancy.
